Refund Policy

We want you to have a great time at our Fest. This Refund Policy describes the refund terms and procedures for all ticket categories.

1. General Refund Terms

Due to the limited capacity and advance planning required for the event:

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except in cases explicitly outlined below.
  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund, provided the booking was done at least 7 days before the event start date.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the Fest is fully cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, natural causes, or local administrative laws:

  • A full refund of the ticket face value will be initiated to the original payment source.
  • If the event is postponed to a later date, your existing ticket QR code will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase (e.g. booked twice with two transaction IDs for the same attendee name), please contact support with both transaction numbers. We will verify and initiate a refund for the second purchase.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and will be credited to the bank account linked to the payment transaction reference provided during the booking process.
