By booking a ticket or scanning an entry pass on this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Validity and QR Scanning

Each ticket generated by this system features a unique cryptographic identifier embedded inside a visual QR code.

• Tickets are valid for one-time entry only.
• Once scanned by an authorized gate agent, the ticket status changes to scanned in the database.
• Any subsequent scan of the same QR code will generate a Duplicate Scan Alert and entry will be denied.

2. Booking and Payments

All ticket bookings must list a valid payment transaction ID. Bookings with mock, missing, or fraudulent transaction references are subject to immediate cancellation without notice.

3. Non-Transferability

Tickets are registered under the attendee's name submitted during booking. You may not resell or transfer tickets without coordinating with an authorized partner or desk manager.

4. Admission Disclaimer

The event organizers reserve the right to deny admission to any ticket holder if the ticket is determined to be invalid, tampered with, or already scanned. Gate agents are equipped with live scanners to cross-check database records in real-time.

5. Changes to the Event

Event lineups, venue capacities, and timings are subject to change. Please ensure you stay updated via notifications or dashboard reports.
